Counterline Base Units

To match design requirements and to take into account different budget limitations, counterline’s ranges of pre-engineered base units are available in four different levels of specification.

Economy - Rigid extruded aluminium frame with zintec end frames and coved 430 grade stainless steel linings.

Standard - Fully welded zintec CNC folded section frame with coved 430 grade stainless steel linings.

Premier - All 430 grade fully welded stainless steel CNC folded section frame with coved stainless steel linings.

Professional - All 304 grade fully welded stainless steel CNC folded section frame with tanked stainless steel linings.

All base units will accept any combination of countertop and fascia finishes and many units are designed to integrate with idesign displays and include all necessary control panels, condensing unit housings and service access voids.

Most counterline base units are available in a range of standard lengths that match idesign display units, and are typically between 875mm and 1925mm long in 350mm increments. Generally, base units of 875mm in length will accept 2/1 displays, 1225mm accept 3/1, 1575 accept 4/1 and 1925 accept 5/1.

Standard height to the underside of the countertop is 830mm and overall width is 712mm. A range of special reduced width (650mm) units is available for back counters where space is limited.

These units also feature a shallow valance panel to maximise storage space.

All counterline base units are mechanically connected together on site using our unique intalink system. This ensures perfect alignment between sections, but in a fraction of the time and cost taken by conventional bolted systems.

counterline base units can also be wired together using our unique intawire system, again resulting in significant cost savings.
