counterline history

Since its foundation in 1983 the company has built a market leading reservoir of experience in the design and manufacture of high quality bespoke counters and displays. It has consistently led from the front in both aesthetic design and technical innovation. Its clientele has included almost all of the high street retail chains where food and beverages are sold.

design development

This is one of counterline’s biggest strengths. We work from an interior designer’s conceptual ideas and turn them into a durable and functional piece of catering equipment with the absolute minimum of compromise. Often we will work with both end users and distributors to design and manufacture their own brand counters and displays. We have both 2D and 3D CAD systems and can produce in house rendered visualisations of projects prior to manufacture. Even walk through video simulations are no problem.

manufacturing

Our 1500m2 factory on Merseyside has recently been subject to a major refurbishment and contains all the necessary CNC equipment for the vast majority of counter and display components to be manufactured in house under rigorous quality control.

project management

Every counter project is taken under the wing of one of our experienced contracts managers who will assume total responsibility from design development and drawing approval though to manufacture, installation and handover. After the completion of the installation and handover he will personally carry out a customer satisfaction audit to ensure that no issues remain unattended and to learn if any areas of our service can be improved.

installation, testing and handover

Counter installations are generally carried out by the team of skilled men that built the counter, all functional aspects of the counter are thoroughly tested prior to handover and all electrics certified. Wherever possible the counter installation will be handed over by our contracts manager to the end user’s catering staff.

after sales service

We have a national network of vetted professional service agents who work on our behalf.
We would expect them to attend to any fault within 24 hours.
Our standard warranty is 12 months parts and labour, but this can usually be extended at additional cost.
