Following the management buy out in December 2006 Counterline has seen significant growth throughout the post completion period.

The business has doubled in terms of sales volume and product output, to this end Counterline has recruited a further 29 employees during this period.

The additional staff members are spread across the organisation strengthening our highly skilled team. I continue to receive week on week, CV’S from people who would like to join our company, many by way of recommendation from existing employees.

Counterline has a very low staff turnover running at 0.95% per annum proving that we have a dedicated and contented team. We have been proactively strengthening the team to cope with the continuing demand for Counterline products.

Our Research and Development department is working tirelessly to bring new and exciting products to market keeping Counterline number one in our industry.

During the last 18 months we have as a team been working to continue to deliver our promises to our customers. Our goal is to maximise our presence in the UK and Ireland. This is something that will be ongoing and we are exceeding our expectations.

To further enhance our service to our customers we have brought all the of the UK distribution in house so the Counterline product can be delivered by the same caring hands that produced it, further stating our commitment to our customer.

We now have dedicated account managers with technical knowledge of our products covering all UK and Ireland.
