Our new electronic gantry controls for both heated and chilled displays have established themselves during the year and are now proving to be a hit with our customers due to their reliability, energy saving design and their ease of installation.
We are currently developing further versions of the electronic control that will revolutionise the way catering display equipment is designed and manufactured.
We are also in the process of launching our NEW EXPERIENCE heated and chilled range of merchandising type displays through several large retailers, as either fixed back or with doors. They come in standard modules of 600mm, 900mm and 1200mm.
The Chilled Version incorporates our new electronic controls, which gives the same energy saving properties as the rest of our range and is capable of keeping pre-chilled food well below current legislation.
The Heated Version has an individually controlled base and 3 shelves, so that varying products can be successfully displayed at the same time but with different heat settings. These units have been proven to keep all products on all shelf levels at well above the legal temperature requirements, while operating within ambient temperatures as low as 16’C and severe levels of air movement.
We are currently working on a new ECO RANGE OF HEATED AND CHILLED DROP IN DISPLAYS, which will not only be even more energy efficient, but much more competitive than any of our closest competitors.
We have also just released a new version of one of our chilled counter top displays, which now incorporates a 50/50 vertical split of one side refrigerated and the other side ambient, which gives the facility of 2 displays in one.
We are also currently developing a blown air version of our dry heat Bain Marie units, which will also have an element of humidification added, production testing of this product is due to commence during the next eight weeks.
